اگر آب آشامیدنی شما از آب لوله کشی شهری که به آن سفر کرده اید تامین نمی شود، بهتر است آب آشامیدنی خود را جهت اطمینان کامل ضد عفونی کنید. توجه کنید که هر آبی بدون توجه به منبع، زلالی ویا رنگ و بو و مزه آن، غیر بهداشتی محسوب می شود مگر اینکه با کلر ضد عفونی شود.

چند نکته مهم
– پودر کلر را می توانید از مراکز بهداشتی که در تمام کشور فعال هستند یا واحد بهداشت محیط به صورت رایگان تهیه کنید.
– اگر پودر کلر مدتی بماند (بیش از یک تا دو هفته) هنگام استفاده آب را تلخ می کند. پس برای هر برنامه باید کلر تازه تهیه کنید.
– در هر برنامه همان 15گرم که صرف تهیه محلول مادر می شود برای شما کافیست.
– پودر کلر را در ظرف های کوچک شیشه ای یا پلاستیکی، دور از نور در جایی خشک و تاریک نگهداری کنید.
– پودر کلر را در کنار مواد غذایی یا در ظرفهای سر باز نگهداری نکنید زیرا بوی آن در تمام محوطه پخش می شود ( مثل بویی که در استخرها به مشام می رسد ). بهتر است حتی پودر درون ظروف سربسته را هم در هوای آزاد و در یک جای سایه دار و نه در کنار وسایلتان بگذارید.
پرکلرین
– هنگامی که محلول مادر را درست کردید ( 15 گرم در یک لیتر آب) مقداری از آن را در یک ظرف کوچک دارای قطره چکان ( این ظرف ها را می توانید از داروخانه ها تهیه کنید) بریزید. ظرفتان را در یک فویل آلومینیومی بپیچید و آن را در چند لایه پلاستیک بگذارد. هفت قطره از این محلول برای یک لیتر آب کافیست( تقریبا 11قطره برای یک بطری یک و نیم لیتری آب).
– توجه کنید محلول شما مثل وایتکس دارای خاصیت رنگبری است پس دقت کنید در هنگام حمل و نقل ویا زمان استفاده روی لباسها یا وسایلتان نریزد.
– پس از اضافه کردن کلر به آب حتما نیم ساعت صبر کنید و سپس از آب استفاده کنید.
– کلر، رنگ بو یا مزه آب را چندان عوض نمی کند.
– از پودر کلر می توانید برای ضد عفونی کردن سبزیجات، میوه ها و اماکن و ظروف هم استفاده کنید که نحوه آن را می توان از کارشناسان بهداشت محیط جویا شد.
– اگر آب تصفیه شده در اختیار ندارید برای حفظ سلامت خود، آبهای چاه، چشمه و بخصوص آبهای جاری را حتما با کلر ضد عفونی کنید.
– در برنامه های چند روزه حتما به این نکته توجه دو چندان داشته باشید.
– ضمنا در تمام سفرها از قرص های کلر هم می توان استفاده کرد ولی متاسفانه در بازار ایران کمتر یافت می شود.
– با رعایت بهداشت بدون بیماری و با آرامش سفر کنید و از سفرها لذت ببرید.
